Hey, I'm carly

I’m a Breathwork coach, called by a deep personal connection to the transformative power of breath.

Having missed out on much of life in my earlier years due to severe asthma and mental health struggles, I’ve experienced firsthand how the breath can move beyond just managing symptoms - it can truly transform how we experience and create our lives.

I'm here to guide you in using breathwork as a tool for healing, growth, and self-discovery, helping to unlock your own inner potential:

Breathwork Taster Session

This gentle, one-hour session is an invitation to explore how your breath can support you; physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Together, we’ll chat about what’s brought you here, try out a few simple breath techniques, and then dive into a short, guided Breathwork journey.

It’s a chance to pause, to feel how your breath can create space, calm, and clarity—no pressure, just curiosity.

If you’re new to Breathwork or simply want to experience how it can help you reconnect to yourself, this session is a safe, welcoming place to start.

One-to-One Breathwork Journey


Breathe - Integrate - Transform

A 3-session journey to truly explore and integrate Breathwork as a life-supporting practice.

I will walk with you as you discover how your breath can unlock ease, insight, and calm.

With an initial 90 minute session, 2 further 60 minute sessions and personal follow-ups to help you integrate Breathwork as a life-supporting practice.

These sessions create space to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion.
