Here's an example of what this 4 week introduction to my coaching might look like for you.

Although I’ve outlined these in weeks, the delivery is flexible, because real progress happens when we adapt to what you truly need.

Week 1: Awareness

We assess your movement, lifestyle, and the real obstacles that have kept you stuck before.

We uncover the lowest-hanging fruit—the easiest, most impactful shifts to help you build momentum.

This week is about clarity and understanding where you are now and what’s needed to move forward

Week 2: Move

We create your unique foundation for strength and mobility, designed to work with your body, not against it.

This might look like:

- Identifying movement patterns that release pain.

- Finding ways to build strength that fit into your real life, not just in the gym.

- Learning how to listen to your body to strike the balance between work, rest and play.

Week 3: Connect

We connect with your why...the deeper reason behind your goals, so you can take action that truly matters to you.

We explore Breathwork techniques to deepen self-awareness, regulate stress, and move through sticking points with greater ease.

These techniques will support you in those tricky moments in life that often derail progress.

Week 4: Nourish

Using my Eat 4 Peace method, we review your nutrition patterns and habits to create a sustainable path to fuel your body in a way that feels good.

No guilt, restriction, or overwhelm just confidence in your ability to nourish yourself.

 Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. Connect & Thrive in 25 is designed to meet you exactly where you are. I’ll assess your current fitness level and adapt the program to suit your needs, whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on an existing foundation.

What happens after the 25 days?

That’s up to you! If you love the program and want continued support to reach your full potential, we can explore ongoing coaching options together. If you feel ready to continue on your own, you’ll leave with the tools and strategies to thrive independently. Either way, I’m here to support you.

Where are the in-person sessions based?

All in-person sessions take place at the private training facility Strong For Life: Unit F3, Chamberlain Business Centre, Chamberlain Road, HU8 8HL. This quiet and focused space is perfect for effective, tailored training.

What if I don't get results?

If you follow the program 100%—attending all sessions and implementing the strategies we’ve worked on—I guarantee you’ll see progress. If for any reason you don’t, I’ll refund your investment in full, no questions asked.

How much time will I need to commit?

The program includes one in-person session per week (approximately 60 minutes), weekly check-ins, and 2 60 minute 1-2-1 online Breathwork sessions. You’ll also have access to additional resources for self-paced work between sessions.

What if I don't live near the gym?

No problem! Everything in Connect & Thrive in 25 can be done virtually over Zoom, so you can still take advantage of this great offer from the comfort of your own home.

I’m really busy, will this work for me?

Yes! Thrive in 25 is designed with flexibility in mind. The combination of in-person and online support ensures you can integrate the program into your schedule while still making meaningful progress.
