All in-person sessions take place at the private training facility Strong For Life: Unit F3, Chamberlain Business Centre, Chamberlain Road, HU8 8HL. This quiet and focused space is perfect for effective, tailored training.
If you follow the program 100%—attending all sessions and implementing the strategies we’ve worked on—I guarantee you’ll see progress. If for any reason you don’t, I’ll refund your investment in full, no questions asked.
The program includes one in-person session per week (approximately 60 minutes), weekly check-ins, and 2 60 minute 1-2-1 online Breathwork sessions. You’ll also have access to additional resources for self-paced work between sessions.
