Hey, I'm Carly an NHS dietitian turned menopause strength coach choosing a life of my own design.

My journey through the physical and mental health challenges that come with navigating a busy career and family life inspired me to carve a new path to holistic wellbeing.

After several burnout episodes I decided I was done with pushing through fatigue and spinning everyone else's plates and developed my method to build my strong body, mind and life vision that works FOR ME.

Now I share this with midlife women who want to truly own their experience and create a life that fits with their own future vision.
