What if I've never trained before?
You are not alone. In fact, investing in expert help is perfect for people who are new to exercise
This will avoid many mistakes, unproductive sessions, uncertainty about the effectiveness of your training and make sure you get your Health & Fitness off to the best possible start!
You will be given a training plan that is just right for you and will be supported to increase your fitness for your specific situation
I have a medical condition - is it safe to train?
Every Client must fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
This is a short survey designed to identify any Medical Conditions that need to be taken into account when designing your nutrition and training programme
This is to ensure your safety and to make sure our training is effective
You may need to seek advice from your GP before commencement of training
How long would I have to train for?
That depends entirely on your goals, level of commitment and whether you want to keep the results for the long term.

Do i need my own equipment?
Not necessarily. As a 1:1 in-person PT client you will have access to a fully equipped gym to complete your training sessions
If you are training with online support, programmes can range from bodyweight only to making use of equipment you already own
Do I need a lot of space if i'm training at home?
Not at all! All you need is space to stand up and floor area the size of a Yoga mat to get going
Do i get nutrition advice?
Absolutely! 70-80% of your results will be related to your eating habits
I will use my years of experience as a dietitian to guide you through every step of the way no matter what your goal is
