I’m Carly and I can’t wait to guide you on your path to becoming strong, confident and in control so you can handle anything that life throws at you!

Over the last 11 years working in the health and fitness industry, I’ve helped people, just like you, become stronger, more confident versions of themselves.

From my early years right through to adulthood I struggled with my relationship with food and body image until I took a leap of faith, put my limiting beliefs aside and made REAL lasting changes.

It’s my mission to help as many people as possible improve their relationship with food and exercise so they can tackle new, more fulfilling challenges in life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose weight?

Although weight loss is not the primary focus of Diet Rebel Club the principles you will learn within this lifestyle change course will provided you with everything you need should you want to pursue weight loss (and may well be a side effect of the lifestyle changes you put into place).  The main difference being you will still be working on improving your relationship with food and your body along the way.

I haven't exercised in years, will I be fit enough?

Sessions will be designed for all levels of fitness and will be run by a qualified personal trainer (me) who will be able to adapt exercises to suit your needs.

Do I need to be a gym member?

No need for gym membership. 

We will we running our group exercise sessions via Facebook Live, join LIVE or complete on replay

Minimal equipment required just a light resistance band or dumbbells.

Why it this so different to slimming clubs?

Many slimming clubs focus only on weight loss as a measure of success, however, for many people this creates a cycle of Yo-Yo dieting without learning the lifestyle changes that bring lasting improvements to overall health.
